How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, please send an email to:
Subject: User Data Deletion Request
Please include the following information:
- Full Name
- Registered Email Address
- Phone Number (if applicable)
- Description of your request
This information helps us verify your identity and process your request securely.
Processing Time
After verifying your identity, we will process your request within 30 days. Once your request has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
What Information Will Be Deleted
Upon approval of your request, we will delete or anonymize, where applicable:
- Your account information
- Personal profile information
- Contact information
- Messages and support history
- Any personal data associated with your account
Information We May Retain
Certain information may be retained where required by applicable laws or for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Financial or tax records
- Security and fraud prevention records
- Information required to comply with legal obligations
Such retained information will only be kept for the period required by law.
Facebook Login Users
If you used Facebook Login to access our services, you may also remove our application’s access from your Facebook account by following these steps:
- Log in to your Facebook account.
- Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
- Select Apps and Websites.
- Find F11 International Group.
- Click Remove.
Removing the app disconnects Facebook access but does not automatically delete your account data from our systems. To permanently delete your data, please submit a deletion request using the email address above.
